I’ll be showing you some great examples of card campaigns you can use for your team, your customers, and your leads. Obviously you can do this with any direct sales business but in my case my cards will refer to my skin care biz.
Here’s a peek at what I send my new consultants. I set up the campaign ONCE– I chose the cards, typed the text, saved the campaign— and when I have a new consultant it takes me less than one minute to add her into the database, choose the campaign, and click send. The system prints the cards at the appropriate times, stamps them, addresses them, and sends them. Like the infomercial says: SET IT AND FORGET IT! Yep….. in the campaign it says “first name”. Why? So that everytime I have a new consultant I don’t need to go into each card and change the name. The system uses a mail merge system to change the name on each card to reflect the name of the person I’m mailing. For one card at a time, that doesn’t seem like so handy a feature… but picture mailing personalized cards to over 100 leads at once! Yep I’ve done that and in a future post I’ll talk about results I’ve gotten! Everyone gets a card that says dear sally, dear mary, dear sue, whatever their name is, and all I had to do was press send ONCE.
